In the third installment of Breaking Barriers: Women in Construction webinar series hosted by AIA Contract Documents, we feature three premier architects who are part of the AIA Documents Committee- a committee of experts who work to draft and revise AIA Contract Documents over voluntary 10-year terms. Panelists will share their experience working in design and construction, including challenges they have faced and lessons learned along the way. The multi-generational panel will also explore how the industry has evolved and strategies to advance women within the industry, including: mentorship, community-building and fostering leadership.
