Architecture and Design has been a lifelong joy for Erin. Her deep industry expertise comes from having worked in various capacities on both the design and project management sides, and on both the firm and client side.
The practice of architecture is always evolving, and as a solutions-oriented person who loves learning, Erin views every project as a new opportunity to discover a different or better way of doing something.
Erin earned her Master of Architecture from Arizona State University, after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the U.C. Berkeley. She is a licensed architect in California, Arizona and Idaho, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and has the LEED BD+C accreditation.
As a Principal in RMW’s San Francisco office, Erin continues to grow practice areas in higher education, critical facilities and infrastructure, lifestyle centers and mixed-use projects, leads the Design technology team and drives the expansion of new office in Southern California and Arizona.
With her over three decades of experience, Erin has developed her strong belief that investing in people from the beginning will set in motion a chain of positivity that will improve the process and result in a better project outcome.
Outside of work, Erin draws energy and inspiration from outdoor adventures and exploring new places. She also enjoys cycling, running, dancing, sewing, and redecorating her indoor and outdoor living spaces in her spare time.
