Sarah A. Baldwin, Esq., serves as Manager and Counsel for the AIA Contract Documents team. Sarah works with the Documents Committee to create and revise AIA Contract Documents and associated material.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts (summa cum laude) in English Literature from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Master of Arts (with distinction) in English Literature from Mercy University. Additionally, Sarah earned a Juris Doctor (summa cum laude) from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.

Prior to joining the AIA Contract Documents team, Sarah practiced civil litigation at a law firm in Birmingham, Alabama where she focused on construction law. In addition to her private practice experience, Sarah also served as a law clerk for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Sarah is a member of the Alabama Bar.
