In the fifth installment of Breaking Barriers: Women in Construction webinar series hosted by AIA Contract Documents, we feature our own Chief of Staff, Shannon McElveen. Join us as Shannon shares her perspective on the connection between talent, culture and business success and explores how you can implement programs within your organization that help to attract, support and advance women. We’ll discuss the inception of our own Women’s Leadership Council at AIA Contract Documents, which was created to provide opportunities for professional development, networking and mentorship for staff. Learn how this program was conceived, structured, implemented and evaluated and walk away with ideas you can implement upon returning to the office!
