Anelise Bateson, International Associate AIA, is an Associate Principal and Senior Project Manager at CBT with more than 26 years of experience leading complex public- and private-sector projects. Mrs. Bateson oversees multidisciplinary teams on large-scale, multi-building urban developments, guiding scope and schedule development, design coordination, stakeholder engagement, and permitting across diverse project types.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Bateson has partnered with organizations of every size—startups, corporations, government agencies, and community groups — bringing structure, clarity, and collaboration to challenging project environments. She is recognized for her ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders, balance strategic objectives with technical execution, and cultivate team cultures rooted in communication, accountability, and shared purpose.
Mrs. Bateson is deeply committed to mentoring emerging project managers, fostering continuous improvement, and promoting best practices in project delivery and consultant–client collaboration. Her leadership emphasizes the value of strong relationships and the lasting impact they create within both project teams and the communities they serve.
Originally from Brazil, Mrs. Bateson holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the CREW Boston.
