In the Construction Manager as Adviser (CMa) delivery method, the owner incorporates a fourth prime player—the construction manager adviser—on the project team (owner, architect and contractors). The CMa acts as an independent adviser to the owner, to provide coordination, scheduling, constructability review and other services through the design and construction phases.
